Refund policy

• Orders placed on wildybelle.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
• While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for ONLINE CREDIT.
• Please send email to info@wildybelle.com with your order #, item and reason of return to approved return
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

• Unworn and unaltered
• Unwashed
• All tags must be attached
• No rips or tears
• No deodorant stains
• No tanning stains 
• No other signs of being worn

 

Final Sale Policy:
All jewelry, accessories, intimates, gift cards, swimwear, bodysuits are final sale. Exchange/Online Credit is for regular price merchandise only.
***All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price or clearance*** These items cannot be returned for online credit or exchange.

 

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return and send you an email with your online credit within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at www.wildybelle.com
